As a Master Practitioner of NLP in Chichester, West Sussex, it is through his frequent writings, workshops and lectures that Andrew T. Austin is rapidly becoming known the leading NLP therapist who emphasises the neurological side of personal change and therapy. His popular seminars and workshops are sought out by NLP practitioners, trainers and psychotherapists seeking to deepen their knowledge and skills base of the neurological underpinnings of their work. This neurological approach to therapeutic change has led to the development of Integral Eye Movement Therapy (tm) with workshops available all over the UK.
More recently, Andrew T. Austin has published his book, "The Rainbow Machine - Tales from a Neurolinguist's Journal" with Real People Press, editted and prefaced by Steve Andreas.
With a clinical nursing background in neurology and neurosurgery, Andrew T. Austin runs The West Sussex Hypnosis and NLP Study Group where he currently is focussing on neurology and the NLP style of treatment of specific clinical conditions. The NLP group meets each month at the Bishop Otter Campus of Chichester University.

"I received hypnotherapy treatment from you back in June of this year for stopping smoking, and I would just like to say that I seemed to have succeeded in my battle of the vile habit! In other words I still haven't smoked and it is wonderful. My life feels so much fresher and I have a certain sense of self-confidence and well being that I have managed to overcome something that really did used to stress me out. I can't even believe that I used to smoke… it is a weird but pleasant feeling." E.C
"Andrew Austin is clear, original, and outspoken about mental illness, medication, and psychiatry. His skills were honed by years of experience in the "trenches" of psychiatry, so he knows what he is talking about." Steve Andreas
"Your presence, style and interaction with everyone was engaging, playful and fun ... which made the learning all that more enjoyable! I particularly liked the stories you told to illustrate (or is that to entertain!?!) certain points." Midgie Thompson, Performance and Lifestyle Coach
"…I thought you seemed motivated by a humane and compassionate attitude and one of genuine listening for the meaning behind the language of 'delusion'…I wish there had been a nurse like you in the hospitals I was in." K. N., patient
"Andrew Austin the madcap master of NLP, hypnosis and much, much more. His presentations continually presuppose of fun and his passionate belief in his material is outstanding. If you are just starting out or already have much experience you cant help but learn from the master of wit…(and you'll be coming back for more!)" Roy Miller
